I don't off hand, it's ceremonial but I can't remember much more.

Next time I go I'll make sure to capture a good picture of the sign (I'll go through my other MIM photos to see if I have one)

SO! I come bearing information on the Costume!

It's Erlig Khan, the God of the underworld (also known as Yama and Erlick Khan). He comes out at the end of a ceremony and banishes the evil spirits.

So the scary looking guy is actually the good guy!
